  • A calendar is issued to the parents at the beginning of the academic year, they must refer to the calendar for information relating to School functions, holidays, Parent-Teacher meetings and schedule of tests and examinations. However, these dates are subject to change.
  • A minimum of 90% attendance in mandatory. Any student whose attendance is below this is liable to be debarred from appearing for the final examination.
  • Besides the notified leave, if parents request more leave, advance written permission must be obtained from the HR department or Principal. Making a request for leave is no guarantee of leave being granted.
  • All correspondence should be addressed to the Principal. The student’s class, house and school code number should be clearly mentioned
  • Any change of address or telephone number must be notified to the admission in charge well as HR department in writing or by email.
  • All personal belongings should be clearly marked with the student's name and school code number. The students wearing spectacles should bring one spare pairs of spectacles with them.
  • The school routine involves physical and other activities and great care is taken to prevent injury. However the school will not be held responsible for any such eventuality. The school infirmary and empanelled doctors give emergency care, if required.
  • The school will not be liable for any damage/charges of anaphylactic reaction of a drug on account of injuries including insect/animal bites fatal or otherwise which may be sustained by the student during the stay in the school
  • The school cannot accept the responsibility in case of an accident. This applies to all accidents, which may occur in the science labs, on the games field or on excursions and on journeys to and from the school.

The following places remain out of bounds for all students:

  • All roofs and terraces
  • The kitchen, stores and staff room
  • All Gates
  • Outdoor School area
  • Staff Quarters
  • Swimming Pool, Block will be attend under supervision Disobedience of school regulations and acts of gross misbehavior may attract consequences of suspension or withdrawal from school. An errant student's parent will be asked to keep the student under personal care outside school after course completion, to prepare and appear for Board examination under their own arrangement in the final year of her schooling
  • Carrying of mobile phones is strictly prohibited. If found, the phone will be confiscated and will not be returned under any circumstances.
  • Repetition of this act may result in suspension/ dismissal.
  • The Principal may, at any time, require a parent to withdraw of child from the school and reserves the right to dismiss any student if they considers it in the interest of the school and student.
  • Breach of discipline
  • Repeated detention in class
  • Conduct that sets a bad example for others
  • Causes willful harm to self or others.
