1. Student Code of Conduct
Students are expected to uphold the highest standards of discipline, respect, and integrity at all times.
• Greet teachers and staff respectfully.
• Maintain silence and decorum in corridors.
• Use respectful language at all times.
• Follow instructions promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness in classrooms and throughout the campus.
All personal belongings must be clearly marked with the student’s name and school code number.
The following areas are strictly out of bounds for all students:
• All roofs and terraces
• The kitchen, stores and staff room
• All gates
• Outdoor school areas (unless supervised)
• Staff quarters
• The swimming pool block (access permitted only under supervision)
Disobedience of school regulations or acts of serious misconduct may result in suspension or withdrawal from the school.
In cases of serious disciplinary violations, parents/guardians may be required to keep the student under their personal supervision outside the school premises after course completion and make independent arrangements for the student to appear for the examination in the final year of schooling.
2. Attendance Policy
• A minimum of 90% attendance is mandatory as per academic requirements.
• Three late arrivals shall be treated as one day’s absence.
• Leave applications must be submitted in writing in advance.
• A medical certificate is mandatory for illness exceeding two consecutive days.
• Chronic absenteeism may lead to academic detention or non-promotion.
• The school reserves the right to deny promotion if attendance requirements are not met.
3. Discipline & Corrective Action Framework
• Level 1: Verbal Warning
• Level 2: Written Warning
• Level 3: Parent/Guardian Meeting
• Level 4: Suspension
• Level 5: Expulsion / Issuance of Transfer Certificate
The decision of the Principal shall be final and binding.
4. Anti-Bullying & Anti-Ragging Policy
The school maintains zero tolerance toward bullying in any form, including physical, verbal, emotional, cyber, or social exclusion.
Confirmed incidents may result in suspension or expulsion, depending on severity.
All complaints will be investigated confidentially and handled with due sensitivity.
5. Uniform & Grooming Standards
• The prescribed uniform is compulsory and must be worn neatly and completely on all working days.
• Hair must be neat, clean, and appropriately groomed.
• Hair coloring, extreme styling, and decorative accessories are not permitted.
• Makeup, nail polish, mehendi, and jewellery (except small ear studs, if ears are pierced) are not permitted.
• Repeated violations may attract disciplinary action.
6. Health, Hygiene & Medical Compliance
• Parents/guardians must submit vaccination records and disclose any chronic medical conditions at the time of admission.
• Students suffering from contagious or communicable illnesses must remain at home until medically certified fit to return.
• A medical fitness certificate and relevant prescriptions must be submitted to the school infirmary for illnesses exceeding two consecutive days.
• Immunization and ongoing medical care remain the sole responsibility of parents/guardians.
• Students who wear spectacles must carry a spare pair to school.
In cases of prolonged illness (e.g., chickenpox, jaundice, or similar conditions), the student must remain under parental/guardian care until complete recovery.
The school takes all reasonable precautions to ensure the safety and well-being of students during academic and physical activities. However, the school shall not be held liable for injuries, accidents, allergic reactions (including anaphylaxis), insect/animal bites, or medical emergencies occurring on campus, during excursions, or while travelling to and from school. Emergency care will be provided through the school infirmary and empanelled medical professionals when required.
7. Prohibited Materials & Substance Abuse Policy
Possession of tobacco, alcohol, narcotics, gutka, pan masala, sharp objects, firecrackers, or any harmful substances is strictly prohibited.
Violation will result in immediate suspension and disciplinary review.
• Mobile phones
• Smart devices (including smartwatches)
• Cash or any form of money
• Jewellery
• Any digital device
• Junk food
No gifts may be distributed to teachers or students on campus.
8. Ownership & Mandatory Return of School Property
All uniforms, textbooks, notebooks, workbooks, stationery, and educational materials supplied by the school remain its exclusive property.
Parents/guardians and students must return all issued items in usable condition (normal wear and tear excepted) at the end of each academic session.
No new academic materials, uniform sets, report cards, or Transfer Certificates shall be issued until full clearance of school property is obtained.
Failure to comply may result in withholding of academic documents and further administrative action.
9. Parent Code of Conduct
• Parents/guardians must respect school policies and staff authority.
• An authorized escort must carry the parent/guardian ID card or an authority letter when collecting a student.
• No student will be permitted to leave during school hours without written permission from the Principal.
• Attendance at Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs) is mandatory.
• Concerns or disputes must follow established grievance procedures.
• The school reserves the right to take appropriate action in cases of misconduct on campus.
• Any change of address or contact number must be notified in writing or by email to the Admission In-Charge and the HR Department.
10. Bus Rules
School transport is available as per predetermined routes. Details are available at the reception.
• Students must occupy their seats immediately after boarding.
• Objects must not be discarded inside or thrown out of the bus.
• Temporary changes to bus routes will not be entertained.
• Students are not permitted to travel in another bus or accompany friends home after school.
• Parents/guardians must inform the school in writing if they intend to pick up a student who normally uses school transport.
• Students must reach their designated bus stop at least five minutes before the scheduled time. The bus will not wait for late arrivals.
• Parents/guardians of students availing transport must accompany their child on the first day to familiarize the driver with the stop.
• If the authorized escort is not present at the bus stop or fails to carry proper identification, the student will be brought back to school.
11. Fees Payment Policy
School dues must be paid on time to enable students to appear for half-yearly and final examinations.
1st Installment – Due by 15 April
2nd Installment – Due by 15 September
For new admissions, fees shall be paid as per the offer letter issued.
A late fee of ₹100 per day will be charged for delayed payments.
12. Birthday Celebration Policy
No Individual Celebrations: Personal birthday parties, cake-cutting, or distribution of sweets/return gifts are not permitted during school hours.
Uniform Requirement: Students must attend school in the prescribed uniform on their birthday. Casual dress is not allowed.
Monthly Celebration: Birthdays of the month will be celebrated collectively on the last Saturday of that month to ensure every student feels included and valued.
